Technical/Functional Skills: 

PeopleSoft functional experience 

Experience in PeopleSoft to Fusion HCM migration program. 

Experience in Integration with external systems, is a must. 

Experience in HR, Payroll is a MUST. 

Experience in PSFT 9.2 is a MUST. 

Experience in other modules is a plus. 

Should have been part of full life cycle implementation as well as Production Support programs 

Experience required: 

10 + years 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Prepare & facilitate request gathering workshops for solution design, build and test 

Manage client relationship at operational level 

Generic Managerial Skills: 

Reporting to Project Manager 

Manage client relationship 

Coordinate work with offshore team 

Good communication and client facing skills
