• Handle field services for office network locations 

• Hands on troubleshooting skills in Cisco routers, Switches, Voice and Wireless Devices 

• Good Knowledge of ASA will be an added advantage 

• Good Knowledge on Network Monitoring tools like SolarWinds Orion and Cisco Prime 

• Good Understanding on DataCentre architecture, Cabling and Patch panels 

• Flexible to work on call (24x7) 

• Liaise with Vendors on Network Devices, Carriers 

• Good Documentation Skills
