5+ years of building high-performance, large scale data bases

3+ years of hands-on experience with Hadoop cluster configuration and tuning

Hands-on experience with major big data technologies including but not limited to MapReduce, Pig, Hive, Impala, Sqoop, Mahoot, Spark.

Experience developing data tools with Python, Java.

Experience with data analysis using Machine Learning

Self-driven and motivated, good communication skills

Preferred skills:

Experience with event log processing

Familiarity with even sequence processing and analysis

Experience with parallel processing for MySQL or NoSQL

Knowledge of Scala, C/C++
