Job Description

• Develop and execute a solution strategy and plan aligned with customer needs and business benefits

• Oversee aspects of project life cycle - requirements gathering, analysis and design

• Plan and execute solution design workshops

• Take ownership of proposed solution offerings

• Act as visionary; infuse industry best practices

Subject Matter Expertise

• Provide expertise to identify and translate business requirements into software design documentation - Ensure quality requirements and functional specifications

• Serve as product SME. Demonstrate the solution’s implementation of standard business processes and how those standard processes translate to MMG

• Provide guidance on how to improve overall usability and user experience

• Interface and coordinate tasks with internal and external technical resources

• Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Directors to produce work effort estimates sequence work and develop implementation plans

• o Data Migration

• o System Integration

• o Master Data

• o Reporting

• Build out and maintain repository of business processes, KPI’s, and solution designs

Qualifications:

Education/Experience

• 8+ years SAP implementation experience within Retail Industry

• 3 full life cycle SAP Implementation experience in a lead role

• Comprehensive SAP- AFS / Retail product knowledge

• Bachelors or Master Degree in computer science, engineering or related field
