As a French Speaking Sustainability Consultant, you will oversee various ESG work including ratings, reporting and company ESG strategy for the French clients, which are SME and also large Fortune 500 companies.

Your profile and experience:

• Previous Experience: 4-5 years of business consulting experience, with experience in ESG and Sustainability
• Certifications: ESG, ESG ratings or similar
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GoogleSuite
• Project Coordination: Exceptional abilities in coordinating multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Process-Driven: Proven track record of developing and implementing process-driven approaches to project delivery.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of simplifying and clarifying complex concepts.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and French

The day to day responsibilities of the role:

• ESG ratings, compliance and strategy work
• Working with the project teams, consultants and analysts
• Leading task forces and showcasing innovative thinking & implementation of new processes and work-streams at the company
• Project and client ownership

Salary:

Ranging between 45,000 - 70,000 depending on level experience, plus excellent benefits

4-5 years of business consultancy experience or related experience in the field

Desire to coach and mentor more junior members of the team

Related university degree in sustainability, climate change or environmental studies

Hybrid role, 3 days working in the office requirement
