Your responsibilities:

• Lead a team of consultants and analysts
• Coach, train and mentor the team
• Set goals for the team and track their performance
• Deliver career development planning and coaching
• Provide excellent leadership to your team
• Optimyze internal processes and framework
• Ensure client projects are delivered within the scope and budget and ensure quality control.
• Capacity planning and resource management
• Create the team strategy together with the leadership team

Your background:

• You have at least 2+ years of management experience
• You have at least 5-6 years of consulting experience or relevant experience gained around the topic of climate data, carbon assessment and life cycle assessment
• You have also worked on projects and worked with large international corporate clients.
• Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and innovation.
• Proven success in improving operations and processes.
• Expertise in corporate sustainability.
• You have experience leading teams and enjoy doing so
• You have excellent stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving skills and innovative mindset.
• You have a masters degree in sustainability or have a background in environmental engineering or similar
