Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Lead a team of consultants and analysts
- Coach, train and mentor the team
- Set goals for the team and track their performance
- Deliver career development planning and coaching
- Provide excellent leadership to your team
- Optimyze internal processes and framework
- Ensure client projects are delivered within the scope and budget and ensure quality control.
- Capacity planning and resource management
- Create the team strategy together with the leadership team
Your background:
- You have at least 2+ years of management experience
- You have at least 5-6 years of consulting experience or relevant experience gained around the topic of climate data, carbon assessment and life cycle assessment
- You have also worked on projects and worked with large international corporate clients.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving business growth and innovation.
- Proven success in improving operations and processes.
- Expertise in corporate sustainability.
- You have experience leading teams and enjoy doing so
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving skills and innovative mindset.
- You have a masters degree in sustainability or have a background in environmental engineering or similar
Leadership / Supervision:
- Drive Strategy: Lead the execution of strategic plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor & Develop: Guide senior team members in their professional growth.
- Set the Standard: Establish best practices in project work and performance monitoring.

- Promote Innovation: Encourage creativity and act as an inspirational leader.
- Commercial Collaboration: Partner with the commercial team on service development and proposals.
- Engaged Leadership: Participate in key management meetings and leadership retreats.

- Client Focus: Build a client-centric organization and establish strong senior client relationships.

- Content & Marketing: Oversee research, content creation, and marketing efforts.
- Commercial Success: Ensure the team’s commercial objectives are met.
- Quality Assurance: Set high standards for project quality and prioritization.
- Performance Appraisals: Conduct thorough and constructive team member evaluations.
