Job Description

  • Leading a team of sales people based in Amsterdam focusing a several European markets
  • Develop a sales strategy for the organization for the specific segment and execute the sales strategy successfully
  • Drive the acquisition of of new customers and achieve or overachieve the sales target
  • Determine the best way to generate leads, an create an outbound strategy
  • Create partnerships opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop sales events, demos and other channels to generate brand awareness and lead conversions
  • Work closely with the leadership team on strategies
  • Work cross functionally with the marketing and product team
  • Develop relationships with necessary partners to expand the reach of the company’s offerings
  • Implement, test and use a variety of technologies to capture lead generation activities and use data-driven insights to increase conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition time
  • Develop an understanding of of the industry, stay up to date with industry trends and understand the best way to position the company and its products

Leadership & Coaching

  • Provide guidance, advice and mentorship to the sales team
  • Inspire and lead the sales team, identify talent and hire excellent people for the sales team

Qualifications

  • You love leading teams and building departments
  • You've created sales processes and playbooks and implemented them successfully
  • You have an entrepreneurial background and have worked in a start-up environment and succeeded in such an environment
  • You’re naturally a sales person that develops relationships easily and have an ability to close deals and be persuasive
  • You have a growth mindset and apply this to all areas of your life
  • You’re ambitious and a big-picture thinker.

Leadership Experience:

  • You have proven leadership experience, at least 2 years leading sales teams.
  • You have B2B and B2C sales experience and thrive working in a start-up

Salary

100,000 - 130,000 base salary, bonus (based on performance) and employee stock options in an early-stage, well funded start-up that's growing quickly
