Job Description
- Analyze data and trends to prepare insightful, relevant, and engaging content drafts to strengthen awareness, reach consideration of brands and grow the social media platforms in line with the business targets.
- Follow brand guidelines and maintain effective communications paths using client’s unique tone of voice to achieve brand identity.
- Develop user engagement’s tactics that meet the clients’ business objectives and that advance their digital and social media brand strategy.
- Regularly provide performance reports to account executives and the Creative team to ensure that the campaigns are delivering the set KPIs.
- Plan and execute SM boosting strategy and budgeting along with the Media team when needed.
- Handle projects through the community management process from posting, scheduling, and monitoring user engagement.
- Use appropriate monitoring tools to measure the success of community engagement and report on target audience metric (i.e., number of power users, number of discussions, etc.)
- Collaborate with creative and content team to prepare effective and engaging content.
- Present and guide the team with insights whenever needed or requested to make sure the content/creative strategy is being applied and executed.
- Contribute to expand client brand’s overall approach to social media and online applications.
- Benchmark competitors, influencers and browse online resources for applications or platforms’ settings and policies updates.
- Stay aware of the latest social media trends, digital advanced techniques, and features, and aim continuous self-development.
- Train moderators to ensure transfer of know-how in specific solutions for successful online activities and campaigns.
- Adhere to all intouch policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Promote and maintain commitment to intouch’s culture and spirit.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Media &Communication or any relevant field
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience (online moderator, marketer, advertiser, journalist)
- Experience in a creative agency, company’s marketing department or freelancer
