Job Description

A  very reputable company in interior and exterior design, located in Antelias area, is hiring an Office Manager/ Supervisor with a minimum of 3 years* of  experience and knowledge in handling Administrative, Human Resources, Facility & Financial Management, accounting tasks and overall office organization duties.  Candidates should have excellent command in English and Microsoft Office along with a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field.

The package is 800 to 1200 USD depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM, Mon to Fri ONLY.

Qualifications

The perfect candidate should be

  • Have excellent command in English and Microsoft Office
  • a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR or a related field.
  • minimum of 3 years of  experience and knowledge in handling Administrative, Human Resources, Facility & Financial Management, accounting tasks and overall office organization duties.
