• Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and uncover areas for improvement to our different products.
• Perform Market Studies.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Develop Use Cases.
• Develop Mockups and Modelling Diagrams.
• Ensure solutions that meet business needs and requirements.

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.                              
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in software solutions design (use cases, diagrams, mockups...)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.                                                     
• Proven experience in the analysis and design of large-scale / complex software solutions.
• Relevant experience in multiple software solutions / industries.
