Job Description

- Prospect and acquire new clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital marketing strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

- Educate clients on forex trading products, services, and market trends to help them make informed decisions.

- Provide personalized assistance and support to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and account-related issues.

- Stay updated on industry news, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and account information.

- Meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics set by the company.

Qualifications

-Financial knowledge in forex markets, trading, and investment products.
-Proven sales experience, meeting targets, client acquisition, and retention.
-Excellent communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts.
-Networking abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
-Relevant education in finance, economics, or business
-Multilingual skills
