We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers.

Job Description

Chef responsibilities include:

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
  • Familiarity with food preparation equipment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items.
  • Ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly.
  • Assists in ensuring that fridge, freezer, cupboards and working tables are kept clean at all times.

Qualifications

Requirements and skills:

  • Diploma is a plus.
  • 2+ years’ experience as a Commis.
  • Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks.
