Job Description

We are looking for energetic, passion-driven, responsible team players that are diverse, positive, approachable, and always eager to grow, and learn. You will be joining our marketing and sales team to help optimize all of CARBO’s marketing strategy and execution. The Digital Marketer should always be available to help, including on weekends and on Holidays and emergencies when needed.

The position is remote therefore the Digital Marketer have the option to work from home. The candidate will undergo paid training prior to joining the team. This is a trial-based full-time contractual position with the possibility to transition into a permanent position.

Qualifications

What we are looking for is:

  • Experience in online marketing tools including but not limited to facebook business manager,, google ads, google analytics, email and sms marketing tools, UGC campaigns, PR reach out, sponsorships and influencer marketing.

  • Creative individuals that have the ability to think outside the box.
  • Individuals that are attentive to details and have impeccable written or oral skills.
  • Great communicators with strong social skills.

Additional Information

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies, including newsletters, UGC campaigns, and PR initiatives. Specifically execute campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook to enhance Carbo's brand presence.
  • Influencer and Sponsorship Management: Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with influencers and sponsors. Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and track their effectiveness.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize online marketing tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and generate insightful reports.
  • Content Creation and Management: Cooperate in creating compelling and brand-aligned content for various platforms. Oversee and manage content schedules and deadlines.
  • Email and SMS Marketing: Design and execute targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively measure customer success and engagement by utilizing tools such as hotjar and customer reviews platforms. 
  • Emergency Response and Support: Provide support during weekends, holidays, and emergencies as needed, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the content creation and sales team to align strategies and optimize overall marketing efforts. Demonstrate the ability to be a team player by taking initiative in participating to implement new strategies in order to increase the growth of the CARBO brand. 

Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and tools, continuously seeking opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Required skills:

  • Experience: Proven experience with online marketing tools (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) and strategies (UGC campaigns, PR outreach, sponsorships, influencer marketing).
  • Attitude and Skills: Positive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
  • Creativity: Innovative thinking with a knack for creative problem-solving.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Technology Proficiency: Tech-savvy with the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new marketing tools and software.
  • Language Skills: Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Passion for Cycling is a plus: A strong interest in cycling is a plus, aligning personal interests with Carbo's ethos.
  • Education: Relevant degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Training and Adaptability: Willingness to undergo paid training and adapt to Carbo's unique work environment.
