Job Description

We are looking for energetic, passion-driven, responsible team players that are diverse, positive, approachable, and always eager to grow, and learn. You will be joining our sales team to help optimize CARBO’s B2B sales performance. The B2B sales representative should always be available to help, including on weekends and on Holidays and emergencies when needed.

The position is remote therefore marketing representatives have the option to work from home. The candidates will undergo paid training prior to joining the team. This is a trial-based full-time contractual position with the possibility to transition into a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitor dynamics.
  • Product Presentation and Negotiation: Present Carbo products persuasively to potential clients and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with CARBO‘s wholesale manager, and customer support representative team.
  • Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and client feedback.
  • Continuous Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and sales techniques, and participate in training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

What we are looking for is:

  • Experience in B2B Sales: Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, experience in industries related to cycling, outdoor sports, or technology is a plus
  • Knowledge of Sales Tools: Familiarity with lead generation tools, and other sales-related software.
  • Business Networking Skills: Ability to identify, engage, and establish relationships with business clients and partners.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Adept at addressing client needs, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable with using and learning new technology and sales tools.
  • Multilingual and Cycling Enthusiast: Fluency in more than one language and a passion for cycling are a plus.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Capability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

Required skills:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Strong background in B2B sales,experience in the cycling or sports industry is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Degree or certification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern sales tools and platforms.
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to communicate and negotiate with business clients.
  • Adaptability and Learning Orientation: Willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving market and client needs.
