Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute innovative creative campaigns.
• Design compelling visual elements for advertisements that resonate with the target audience.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to infuse cutting-edge elements into campaigns.
• Ensure the maintenance of brand consistency throughout all visual materials.
• Efficiently manage projects and adhere to deadlines.
• Evaluate and adapt campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketing, and account managers.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a relevant field.
• Over 6 years of proven experience as an Art Director, preferably with international agencies.
• Demonstrated expertise in design and strong communication skills.
• Creative thinking and adept problem-solving abilities.
• Portfolio showcasing a track record of highly creative and successful campaign executions.
• Proven experience in working with clients in the Gulf region.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client communication.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, creative work.
• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
