Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Present the company products and services to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, business forums and platforms.
- Analyze market dynamic and customers' need to offer solutions and integrate the company's products.
- Follow up on the company and products' registrations in designated export territories by attending webinars and seminars.
- Follow up the delivery of orders with the warehouse, operations teams, shipping agencies and forwarders.
- Maintain a high level of personalized customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, pharmacy, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Computer skills (MS Office, ERP)
