Job Description
- Respond to emails and phone calls
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Book travel and accommodations
- Manage a process (visa applications, driver's license, applications)
- organize trips (travel, personal/ professional)
- Manage a contact list
- Prepare spreadsheets and keep online records
- Organize calendars
- Perform basic market research
- Create presentations, as assigned
- Address partner administrative queries
Qualifications
- Must have current and previous PA / Virtual assistant experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferrec
- Over three years of experience in a Virtual Assistant role
- Familiarity with latest workplace technologies, including VoIP, online calendars and desktop sharing
- Detailed oriented and extremely structured
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word-processing program
- Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must have a PC and reliable Internet connection
- Native fluency in arabic and english
