• Directs all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, administration & sales
• Assesses local market conditions & identifies current and prospective sales opportunities
• Develops forecasts, financial objectives & business plans
• Addresses customer & employee satisfaction issues promptly
• Networks to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
• Shares knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
• Locates areas of improvement and proposes corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
• Prepares reports on sales
• Creates sales orders or contracts for products or services
• Creates sales strategies to ensure that sales targets are met
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical working environment
