Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize remote technology to access our inventory management system and receive real-time order notifications.
  • Retrieve and pick items from the warehouse using automated or robotic systems under your remote control.
  • Collaborate with on-site staff and provide clear instructions for packing and labeling orders.
  • Conduct quality control checks remotely, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of each order.
  • Communicate effectively with on-site personnel through audio or video conferencing tools to address any issues or provide guidance.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and best practices to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Meet productivity targets and maintain a high level of accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Assist in inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in order picking, fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to navigate digital interfaces and remote control systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with on-site staff and provide clear instructions.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items as required.
