We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing and Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in enhancing our brand’s presence and visibility, given the unique challenges in the tobacco industry.

Responsibilities:

• Research and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough research on company and industry backgrounds to craft informed and effective marketing and social media strategies.
• Social Media Management and Content Creation: Develop and manage a comprehensive monthly calendar for social media, ensuring that content is relevant to our products, industry, and clientele. Having a background in graphic design, particularly in Photoshop and Illustrator, is highly desirable.
• Marketing Innovation: Generate creative marketing ideas and strategies to expand our brand’s reach and presence, navigating through the restrictions prevalent in the tobacco industry.
• Event Planning: Take the lead in planning and organizing marketing events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Creativity and Vision: Bring innovative ideas to the table, fostering a vision that keeps our marketing strategies fresh, engaging, and aligned with industry trends and challenges.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms and tools.
• Background in graphic design, with proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, is a significant plus.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
