Production support: 

1. Assist in preparing the production plan as per the demand planning requirements, including breakdown per sub-activity and per team 

1. Assist in supervising the production process to ensure timely and quality delivery of products by abiding to all QA/QC SOPs 

1. Assist in monitoring production schedules and adjusting them as needed 

1. Coordinate with the production team to optimize production processes 

1. Liaise with Procurement team to ensure timely receival of raw materials and outsourced produced items 

1. Liaise with Sales Team and Operations Team to ensure timely delivery and shipping of orders 

1. Monitor stock level of all items and maintain minimum stock value of finished goods, raw material and outsourced produced items.  

Reporting and Analysis: 

1. Develop and maintain reports on production 

1. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement 

1. Make recommendations to management based on data analysis and observations 

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field 

1. At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing 

1. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills 

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
