Callplex Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Agent who is fluent in both English and French, and proficient in Sabre and preferably Amadeus, and Galileo.

Travel Agent - English and French speaking: working with Sabre

• Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST, with 1-hour break.
• Home-Based/Remotely
• Salary USD1,500/month (NOT commission based)

• Advacned level of English advanced (C1)
• Upper-Intermediate level of French advanced (B1-B2),
• Proficiency in Sabre is a must!
• Experience in Amadeus and Galileo are a huge plus
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a travel agent

Responsibilities & duties

• Answering the calls, emails and messages of clients and potential clients.
• Helping clients plan and book travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
• Providing excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to travel bookings.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
• Advising clients on the best travel options based on their preferences, budget, and travel needs.
• Negotiating with airlines, hotels, and other travel providers to secure the best deals and discounts for clients.
• Handling and processing travel documents, such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
• Managing and organizing client travel itineraries, including reservations and schedules.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in travel policies and regulations, and informing clients accordingly.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of travel bookings, payments, and expenses.
• Continuously building and maintaining relationships with travel industry partners to ensure the best travel options and services for clients.
