Job Description

  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Possessing in-depth product knowledge.
  • Maintaining accurate records of potential and existing customers.
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Conducting in-depth research on products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales objectives
  • Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
  • Participating in exhibitions and conferences
  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
  • Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
  • Achieving sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Friendly and have the ability to work in a team environment. 
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information 
  • Dynamic and able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
  • Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in making a sale
