Job Description
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Possessing in-depth product knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate records of potential and existing customers.
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads
- Conducting in-depth research on products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Maintaining working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Participating in exhibitions and conferences
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Achieving sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Excellent active listening skills
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
- Friendly and have the ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Dynamic and able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
- Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in making a sale
