Job Description

•Work following content creation strategy and show understanding and relevance to the client’s target audience
•Follow brand guidelines and come up with client’s unique tone of voice to achieve brand identity and maintain effective communications paths
•Present content ideas that meet the clients’ business objectives and that advance their digital and social media brand strategy 
•Handle three to four accounts’ editorial plan and calendar through the content creation process from brainstorming to publishing
•Daily edit and proofread editorial content for client’s web pages, like articles, eBooks, blogs and social media platforms including posts, captions, tweets and discussions
•Proofread all content creator’s written drafts before publication
•Pitch creative ideas and communication for all media mediums including social media, online/offline ads and campaigns, newsletters, scripts for short movies etc.
•Write clear, compelling and various types of pieces per brand per channel 
•Able to switch between a variety of voices, tones and styles in order to keep consistent with multiple brands
•Create marketing content to advertise client’s company and products
•Create inspirational, informative and engaging content to generate traffic, followers and leads
•Participate in elaborating activations’ plan and social media strategies
•Aim to create at least 1 viral content per month per account though right planning and execution
•Assess the created content effect on target audience and report findings 
•Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
•Proactively researching client’s brand industry-related topics and trends
•Benchmark competitors and influencers for content inspiration and resources 
•Conduct user research to understand customers’ needs better and help improve the user experience
•Keep abreast suggesting continuously new trending topics for discussion within the community
•Stay aware of the latest innovations in the field and aim continuous self-development by attending online/ offline trainings and workshops
•Train content creators to ensure transfer of know-how in specific solutions for successful online content
•Collaborate closely on small-scale projects with graphic designers/ video editors/ animators adapting design concepts to creative writing, so that visual and text work together in a specific layout
•Work internally with senior account executives to share client’s feedback and develop brand’s message communication
•Adhere to all intouch policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
•Promote and maintain commitment to intouch’s culture and spirit
•Nurture a healthy creative innovative work environmen


•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, English/Arabic Literature, Journalism, Media &Communication or any relevant field
•3 to 6 years of relevant experience (content creator, editor, copywriter, marketer, journalist)
•Portfolio in a creative agency, company’s marketing department or freelancer
