Moreover, the centers serve as the go-to-place for any socio-economic and health issues faced by the host communities as well as the displaced families and refugees.
Job Description
Human Resources
Develop and ensure the general HR standards & procedures are applied and compliant at all times.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Prepare and update briefing/induction packages for new staff and oversee/coordinate the induction process.
Develop training and development programs.
Prepare, advice and oversee staff leaves and absences.
Assist with the management of staff complaints through established mechanisms and ensures Code of Conduct is understood and abided at all times.
Manage the filing system for HR files such as employee files, recruitment documents, performance appraisals.
Ensure than onboarding and exit procedures are made for all staff.
Administration
Act as focal point for any administrational questions
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed.
Ensuring that stationery and other office materials are stocked and made efficient use of and where/when required, ensure materials are maintained.
Monthly checking of the admin bills (ex. phone, electricity, etc.) for any excess in the standard cost and sending informative emails to the respective employees.
Ensure that all office systems and equipment (power, water, telephone, photocopier, fax, etc.) are in good working order, working closely with Logistics to ensure that requests are raised for repairs/maintenance and payment requests are made on timely basis.
keep track of keys, IDs and other administrative equipment distributed to staff, records should be established and signed by each staff member.
Qualifications
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we expect you to have a University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in similar field.
Proficiency in MS office
Languages:
Must be fluent in English and Arabic (able to communicate in both English and Arabic verbally and in writing)
Working hours:
Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 4:00
