  • Customer Service Specialist - Lead Generation and Sales
  • Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (EST)
  • Home-Based/Remotely (
  • Salary $600 (NOT commission based)

 

Qualifications

Requirements/Skills

  • English level - C1, native or near-native speakers
  • French level - C1,  native or near-native speakers
  • Decent Computer/Laptop with fast, stable internet connection and quiet working environment
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Experience with cold calling
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong project and time management skills
  • Experience working with Western companies (preferred)

Additional Information

Responsibilities & duties:

  • Make outgoing calls to develop new business (cold calling)
  • Research, track, maintain and update leads
  • Contact prospects to qualify leads
  • Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
  • Research and maintain lead generation database
  • Conduct customer research
  • Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
  • Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
  • Provide accurate and timely information to management
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
