NOC Engineer/Specialist:

-Monitoring of IMC network equipment’s.
-Monitoring of customers traffic to detect and solve all quality issues in a timely manner.
-deployment of new interconnections.
-Quality test of suppliers routes.
-Routing maintenance as per the sales and rates needs.
-Customers tickets analysis and resolution.

Technical background (information technology, computer science, telecom engineer… ) ; Candidate should be eager to learn, details oriented and have problem-solving skills. Experience in VOIP is a plus.
