As a UI/UX Designer at happy accdnt., you will play a pivotal role in designing and shaping user experiences that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and align with our clients' goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate user needs and business objectives into seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research: Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, preferences, and pain points. Gather and analyze data to inform design decisions.

2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.

3. UI Design: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and usability principles.

4. UX Design: Design user journeys and interactions that enhance the overall user experience, considering usability, accessibility, and human-centered design principles.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation.

6. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design assumptions. Use insights to refine and improve designs.

7. Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve your skills and contribute to innovative solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, or a related field. A relevant design portfolio showcasing your work is a must.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and process.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as an understanding of development processes, is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability principles.
• A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a willingness to stay current with design trends and best practices.
• Ability to handle feedback and criticism with an open mind.
