ASSIYANA is a leading cleaning services company who provides services such as cleaning, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, ground maintenance, pest control. We use a wide range of machinery and equipment that includes Vacuum, Single Disk, Scrubber, High Pressure, Ride-On, etc.…

We are currently searching for a Machine Operator to perform routine and preventive maintenance to our machines (Columbus, Karcher, HAKO). In addition to maintenance tasks, the Operator will be responsible for training our agents on the usage of these machines.

 Tasks and Responsibilities:  

• Perform routine & preventive maintenance, mechanical & electrical repairs and troubleshoot machines such as Vacuum, Single Disk, Scrubber, High Pressure, and Ride-On machines.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
• Maintain a detailed record of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with the warehouse manager to ensure all machines are in optimal working condition.

• Develop and conduct training programs for our agents on the safe and efficient operation of Vacuum, Single Disk, Scrubber, High Pressure, and Ride-On machines.
• Ensure agents have a comprehensive understanding of machine operation use.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in electronics, Industrial Informatic or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Machine Operator, preferably experience in maintaining Vacuum, Single Disk, Scrubber, High Pressure, and Ride-On machines.
• Strong knowledge of machine mechanics, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively to individuals at various skill levels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs.
• A proactive approach to maintenance, with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
