Job Description

Client Acquisition and Engagement Tasks:

- Proactively reach out to prospective clients to establish initial contact.
- Introduce JINI and effectively communicate the range of cleaning services offered.
- Schedule and conduct informative and engaging meetings with clients to understand their unique
cleaning requirements.
- Gather detailed information about client needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive and tailored offers that address the specific requirements discussed
during the meetings.
- Seek confirmation from the manager or appropriate authority before finalizing and sending the
offer to the client.
- Maintain diligent record-keeping and generate regular reports outlining the progress of client
transactions on a weekly or daily basis.

Account Management and Client Support Tasks:

- Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to successfully close deals with clients.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and addressing any concerns or
issues promptly.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor the quality of cleaning services provided and maintain
open lines of communication with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between clients and the technical team.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between clients and the technical team,
ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and, if necessary, coordinate with the technical team to assess the
need for additional workers to meet client demands.
