We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect with extensive expertise in working with Revit, specializing in commercial, office and cultural projects. 

As a Senior Architect, you will play a crucial role in our architectural team, leading the design process, overseeing project development, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the architectural design process, from concept development to construction documentation, ensuring adherence to project goals, client requirements, and industry standards.

2. Develop and refine Design intent into Constructable parts and details to create Construction Drawings.

3. Utilize your exceptional proficiency in Revit to create detailed architectural models, drawings, and documentation, providing accurate and comprehensive information for construction teams.

4. Will create redmarks or corrections for the project 'junior' members and for subcontractor reference as well.

5. Apply your deep understanding of construction design principles to develop innovative and cost-effective solutions that meet structural requirements, while maintaining a high level of architectural aesthetics.

6. Collaborate closely with project teams, including engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients, to ensure effective communication, coordination, and integration of design elements.

7. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members, fostering their professional growth and maintaining a high standard of architectural excellence.

8. Be responsible for creating red lines for project team and ensuring the drawings are updated properly and on time.

9. Conduct thorough reviews and analysis of project specifications, codes, regulations, and standards, ensuring compliance and mitigating potential risks.

10. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design, particularly in the realm of commercial construction.

11. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and discussions, demonstrating your expertise, presenting design concepts, and addressing any concerns or questions.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

2. Proven extensive experience (at least 6 years) in architectural design.

3. Exceptional proficiency in Revit software, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your expertise in creating complex architectural models and documentation.

4. In-depth knowledge, experience and understanding of structural systems, materials, and construction techniques.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative design solutions while considering technical and budgetary constraints.

6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to effectively interact with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

7. Leadership qualities and experience in overseeing architectural projects from inception to completion.

8. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet project deadlines.

9. Professional licensure (Lebanon) as an architect is mandatory.
