Rivet Communication is a fresh and young appointment booking agency that serves insurance agents by booking their appointments for them, allowing them to spend more time in the field reviewing people's policies and writing business. Instead of spending two or three days calling and booking appointments, they can rely on us to do it for them, giving them more time to focus on their business. 

Our job is to call clients and book appointments with their insurance advisors, all from the comfort of your own home.

All tools needed for the job will be provided by the company, such as calling software and a proper VPN.

The schedule for calling is from Sunday to Thursday, 9 PM to 5 AM Lebanon time. Weekends (Friday and Saturday) are optional, and if you're available, you'll be compensated at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate.




 

The prerequisites for the job include:

A stable internet connection
Outstanding communication skills, tone, and accent in English
A PC/MacBook
A stable work environment
No undergraduate commitments
