Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day handling of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram) by uploading posts & answering customer queries
• Prepare mood-boards and assist in photoshoots 
• Set up new items on the e-shop by creating and entering detailed descriptions, features/benefits, and images
• Handle relations with online stockists
• Handle all design and marketing related content (including newsletters, labels, design mock-ups)

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
• A solid understanding of the use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers 
• Strong copywriting and editing skills 
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
• Online community management and customer service skills
• Creative eye and great attention to detail
• Knowledge and understanding of Shopify and Mailchimp is a plus
• Video editing skills are a plus
