Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers' requests
- Inform Department Manager of unavailable and nonperforming products
- Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in order to reach hourly and daily sales targets
- Deliver an extraordinary client experience to drive sales
- Communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent client service
- Demonstrate good product knowledge and provide product and client feedback to managers
- Use the store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the client database
- Participate in store merchandising activities in line with the Popupconcepts standards and creative directives
- Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards

- High School Degree
- Fluency in English
- Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
- Experience in a premium/luxury environment
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Ability to adapt to frequent change, perform under pressure and fast paced environment.
- Ability to initiate contact and communication.
- Motivated by being a team player with a common goal.
- Excellent Communication with product knowledge and interpersonal Skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- A friendly personality with customer service focus
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
