Roles & Responsibilities

  •  Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
  • Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers' requests
  •  Inform Department Manager of unavailable and nonperforming products
  • Up-sell and cross-sell products and services in order to reach hourly and daily sales targets
  • Deliver an extraordinary client experience to drive sales
  • Communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent client service
  • Demonstrate good product knowledge and provide product and client feedback to managers
  • Use the store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the client database
  • Participate in store merchandising activities in line with the Popupconcepts standards and creative directives
  • Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards

 

Desired Candidate Profile

  •  High School Degree
  •  Fluency in English
  • Energetic, passionate, and results-driven team player
  • Experience in a premium/luxury environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to adapt to frequent change, perform under pressure and fast paced environment.
  • Ability to initiate contact and communication.
  • Motivated by being a team player with a common goal.
  • Excellent Communication with product knowledge and interpersonal Skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • A friendly personality with customer service focus
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
  • Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
