Today with the economic situation depechemode decided to create a label named Co-Lab that is produced in Lebanon

With a strong knowledge in fashion depechemode presents an exclusive and affordable collection that is targeting the clients of depechemode but also the clients in the middle east

This collection will be sold in the major concept stores in the golf area and in Egypt.

        Responsibilities and Duties

• Train and supervise store employees
• Achieve targets, maximize sales, follow up on store KPIs and objectives
• Provide feedback, coaching and performance evaluations
• Create a positive and healthy work environment
• Observe behaviors and competencies, and show appreciation and recognition
• Provide opportunities to grow and develop within the company
• Assign duties and responsibilities. Delegate tasks to prevent confusion and ensure everyone on the same page
• Ensure all team members are engaging with customers and providing a personalized shopping   experience and customer satisfaction
• Improve the overall performance of the store
• Deal with customer queries and complaints
• Knowledge about trends, customer needs, terminology, brand awareness
• Develop business strategies to expand traffic and optimize profitability
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Manage stock levels and product availabilities
• Manage inventories
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
• Dealing with theft. Keeping the safety and well-being of employees as well as customers in mind
• Ensure and follow up on all activities concerning Marketing campaign (Instagram, magazine…) promotions and activities; send feedback reporting as well
• Perform cash operational functions (POS)

Requirements

• French or English
