“We Leaders” is the first program that combines three complementary courses “Leadership skills,” “Event Management,” and “Volunteering.”

The goal of volunteering is to encourage the participants to volunteer to gain experience, help the community, grow their connections, and create value. Leadership skills will allow them to lead and motivate a team. Event management will help them create and organize an event.

The added value of this program is the combination of the courses that will give the participants the opportunity to enhance their skills. This program will provide them with the required tools to succeed in their future projects and to be active members in their community.

Position Summary:
We are looking for dedicated and proactive individuals to join our team as Volunteers. Your primary responsibility will be to distribute posters promoting “We Leaders” in front of schools and universities and attend the program sessions to take photos and videos.

Responsibilities:

-Targeted Locations: Identify strategic locations for educational institutions where posters can attract maximum visibility. 
-QR Code Promotion: Explain the concept and benefits of registration at We Leaders Program to students.
-Answer Inquiries: Be prepared to answer questions and provide accurate information.
-Documentation: Maintain a record of the number of posters distributed and areas covered. 
-Attend the program sessions: take photos and videos from your phone in a good resolution. 

-Maintain a genuine interest in promoting leadership skills, event management, and volunteering. 
-Excellent communication skills.
-Manage time effectively.
-Represent our organization professionally and maintain a positive image.

Experience: Student / Recent Graduate
