“We Leaders” is the first program that combines three complementary courses “Leadership skills,” “Event Management,” and “Volunteering.”
The goal of volunteering is to encourage the participants to volunteer to gain experience, help the community, grow their connections, and create value. Leadership skills will allow them to lead and motivate a team. Event management will help them create and organize an event.
The added value of this program is the combination of the courses that will give the participants the opportunity to enhance their skills. This program will provide them with the required tools to succeed in their future projects and to be active members in their community.
Job Description
We Leaders Ambassadors are enthusiastic individuals responsible for attracting and encouraging clients/attendees to register in our program and should promote it in the best way possible.
The Ambassadors will only receive as a form of payment 5% commission of each booked referral.
Your efforts will contribute to the growth and success of our program.
Responsibilities:
-Promote the Program: Actively promote the We Leaders program through various channels such as social media, personal networks, community events, and professional organizations.
-Attendee Recruitment: Identify and engage with potential attendees who are interested.
Form Distribution: Send the individuals the form's link to ensure that each attendee fills out the form completely, including the referral section.
-Program Advocacy: Act as a passionate advocate for the We Leaders program, understanding its value proposition, benefits, and impact.
Qualifications
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
-Proficiency in social media platforms and other promotional channels.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
