Job Description
We are seeking SALES REPRESENTATIVE to join our growing team who can speak English and Arabic. The incumbent will be responsible for acquiring E-commerce Analytics SaaS through telemarketing.
Job Summary & Purpose:
The incumbent will:
• Make calls to potential or existing customers from a provided database to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or the company.
• Enter and update customer information in the database, take and process orders accurately in CRM.
• Ensure that all product features are properly communicated to avoid cancellation in the later stage of the process or after issuance.
• Provide daily MIS and reports, including call status, CRM updates, sales data, etc.
• Receive training on new products.
• Achieve 100% verification success in welcome calls.
• Offer the right products to customers with a success ratio.
• Meet the call target set for the day.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should have 1.5 years of experience in a telesales representative role:
+ a proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software)
+ the ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
+ excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ be cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
+ have outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Skills & Abilities:
The candidate should possess good communication and selling skills.
