Company in the hospitality field hiring now a digital lead who oversees the digital marketing initiatives of an organization.
This role involves developing and implementing strategies to increase online engagement, drive website traffic, and ultimately generate leads and sales. Digital leads are responsible for managing the organization's online presence across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization, and pay-per-click advertising.
Responsibilities:
- Communication skills: A digital lead should have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicate complex ideas and data to non-technical stakeholders, and provide clear and concise reports on digital marketing performance.
- Data analysis: A digital lead should be able to analyze and interpret data from various sources, including website analytics, social media metrics, and advertising campaigns, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Strategy development: A digital lead should be able to develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies that align with the organization's business goals and objectives.
- Social media expertise: A digital lead should have a deep understanding of the various social media platforms and their best practices, including how to create engaging content, grow followers, and analyze and optimize performance.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 6:00pm
