Job Description
- Ability to understand the software product
- Suggest advertising ideas
- Prepare marketing tools (Presentations, Brochures, Documents and others)
- Handle clients account and follow-up agreements and renewals
- Reach new clients and perform first contact
- Update Company’s website and social media platforms
- Follow up with customer satisfaction survey
- Attending calls and handling complaints of clients in a professional manner
- Review customer complaint log
- Keep knowledge up-to-date by attending workshops, conferences and other educational opportunities
- Ensure compliance with data-rho Quality Management System procedures and policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields
- 2-8 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Excellent English communication skills
- French communication skills is a plus
- Knowledge in Software Development is a plus
- Knowledge in Shipping and Logistics industries is a plus

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 AM until 5 PM.
- Starting Date: Immediate
- Contract Type: Permanent
