• A candidate should have a strong background of working with International Cuisines or five star hotels.
• Minimum 5 years plus experience working as Executive Chef.
• Having culinary diploma or degree.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to prepare reports, generate menus, monitor P&L.
• An individual should be able to lead the team
