Murex Business Analyst

Job Description

  • Provide first line support to all Murex business users, ensuring the processing of transactions in the application across assets.
  • Collaborate with the business to implement solutions and define requirements.
  • Leveraging your understanding of the Murex work-flow, with emphasis on operations such as payments (SWIFT), accounting, performance analysis, and reporting (knowledge of Front-Office a bonus).
  • Manage critical cases with Murex and work with the BA team to find common solutions across offices.
  • Assist in testing fixes/new functionality and follow through issues with the business teams.
  • Provide solutions for business weaknesses/gaps to mitigate operational risk.
  • Assist the wider IT team with new projects.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks as directed by the Chief Technical Officer.
