Job Description

Quantum Leap, a leading digitization hub, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance our clients' digital presence. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition.

  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, UX/UI, web and app development, and business consultancy to create engaging marketing campaigns and materials.

  3. Manage and optimize the performance of paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, social media, and display networks.

  4. Analyze marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of industry developments.

  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  7. Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources and ROI.

  8. Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

 

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media advertising.

  4. Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience in using marketing analytics tools.

  5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

  6. Proven leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

  7. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
