Job Description

We are looking to hire confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive India Male/ Female candidates or Arabic speaking female candidates already in the UAE market Off-plan Sales Director to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis for a leading developer.

Responsibilities:

* Provide leadership to a team of property consultants and Sales Managers

* The role includes guiding team in prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring a fair and honest deal.

* Helping team in planning monthly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.

* Work with team to develop new business opportunities in various geographies with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.

* Lead team members in presentations to customers on the project. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.

* Guide the team in building a network of real estate brokers with the region and international level as well. Maintaining an extensive database of Brokers/Channel Partners/Individual Clients. Updating customers data and sales records diligently on salesforce.

* Ensure deal closure by guiding team to coordinate with the allied teams for necessary paperwork. All relevant documents to be verified, prior to processing a sale and ensuring the initial payments are collected within the stipulated time.

*Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide customers with integrity and build trust. Adhere and ensure compliance with the company guidelines and policies.

Education & Experience:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field

* Minimum 8-20 years of experience in real estate sales is desirable. Target driven with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

* Effective Organization, and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED25,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month Plus sales commission

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of Property sales experience in UAE market with a property developer
