Job Description

PawPots is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of successful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, brand management, and team management.   • Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Lead the marketing team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget and report on ROI.
  • Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
  • Manage and create content for the company's website, blog, and social media channels.
  • Manage the company's events and trade shows, including planning, execution, and ROI analysis.
  • Use analytics tools to measure, report, and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Pet owner/lover (dog or cat) is a must!
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management position.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, brand management, and team management.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, including strong writing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Hubspot.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
