We are currently seeking a Cloud Engineer, currently based in Beirut-Lebanon and willing to relocate to Belgium. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions for our clients. You will work with our clients to understand their business requirements and develop cloud-based solutions that meet their needs.

Your role will consist of:

• Work with internal teams to manage and optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud-based solutions.
• Develop automation scripts for deployment and configuration management.
• Supporting the solutions architecture plan whilst being a hands-on "builder" in client-facing engagements.
• Build solutions in public and hybrid cloud technologies.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure uptime, performance, and security.
• Manage and optimize cloud costs to ensure maximum efficiency.

What are the needed qualifications?

• A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
• Between 2 and 4 years prior experience as system engineer, cloud engineer.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Working knowledge and experience with cloud compute, multi-cloud/hybrid, databases and containers.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker and Jenkins.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Experience with Agile working (Scrum/SAFe/DevOps) and CI/CD.
• Excellent communication skill in French and English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• AWS or Azure certification
