Job Description

 

  • Participate in elaborating user engagement’s tactics that meet the clients’ business objectives and that advance their digital and social media brand strategy
  • Participate in accounts’ moderation through the community management process from posting online to monitoring user engagement
  • Proactively interact with online communities across all platforms
  • Daily post /edit/schedule editorial content on websites and social media platforms, including tweets, posts and discussions
  • Monitor simple discussions and resource postings within the community
  • Alert Senior Digital Moderator as issues arise and work together to resolve issues
  • Use appropriate monitoring tools to measure the success of community engagement and report on target audience metric (i.e. number of power users, number of discussions, etc.)
  • Use social media monitoring means to track hashtags, keywords, mentions and URLs relevant to the brand in order to stay informed about client audience and industry
  • Benchmark competitors and influencers for inspiration and resources
  • Conduct user research to understand customers’ needs better and help improve the user experience
  • Stay aware of the latest trends and innovations in the field
  • Brainstorm within teams to develop solutions according to client requirements for successful online activities and campaigns
  • Adhere to all intouch policies, procedures and business ethics codes
  • Promote and maintain commitment to intouch’s culture and spirit
  • Nurture a healthy creative innovative work environment

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Media & Communication or any relevant field
  • 0 to 3 years of relevant experience (online moderator, marketer, advertiser, journalist)
  • Experience in a company’s marketing creative agency, company’s marketing department or freelancer
