Job Description

As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full process of building and managing our talent and client network. You will also be responsible for developing necessary tools and internal reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

Client Management
 Build and manage the network of consulting firms and clients
 Maintain collaborative relationships with client and hiring managers
 Provide clients with relevant candidates for their requirements
 Manage the interview, negotiation and contractual process with clients

Candidate Management
 Build and manage the network of independent management and specialized consultants
 Source, interview and screen suitable candidates
 Support candidates in the negotiation process
 Manage the contractual process with candidates

Internal Processes
 Develop a talent acquisition plan
 Develop essential processes, tools and forms required to undertake key activities of the role
 Regularly report updates and progress

Qualifications

Education and Experience
 BSc/BA in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field
 4+ years of work experience; management consulting experience is a plus 
 Experience in one or more of the following areas: recruitment, talent management, management consulting

Candidate Requirements
 Fluent in English and Arabic
 Strong communication and public relations skills
 Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
