We are seeking a motivated architect to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the Design Principal / Senior Project Architect on the development of projects from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate is one with strong design skills and demonstrates creativity, foresight, and architectural judgment in developing architectural solutions.  The candidate understands construction assemblies and best practices and will assist in the preparation of client presentations and the production of construction documents.

• A professional degree in Architecture from an accredited architecture school
• Preferred 2 to 4 years of professional experience
• Strong proficiency in drawing and digital modeling in AutoCAD, Rhinoceros, and SketchUp
• Fluency in the Adobe Suite of programs is a must. (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Previous experience with construction drawings & coordination
• Excellent graphic, communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
• Experience working on hospitality and/or single/multi-family housing projects
• Self-motivated; ability to work independently and in a team environment to coordinate and maintain positive working relationships with other design professionals
• Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through
• Experience working on hospitality and/or single/multi-family housing projects
• Willingness to work on a variety of project types and building typologies
