The Graphic Designer is responsible for conceptualizing and creating out-of-the-box visuals and fulfilling all asset requests for social media, email, web and print. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Create out-of-the-box concepts and visuals.
• Create promotional materials including print, web, email and social media assets. 
• Work with Art Director and Design on branding and positioning for artwork.  
• Supervise photographer as needed. 
• Perform other job-related duties as needed. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field and a minimum of one to three years of design experience; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES   

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills   
• High degree of organization and attention to detail   
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines   
• Ability to both collaborate and work independently on projects 
• Team player with a positive attitude 
• Understanding of Design Thinking and/or UX/UI Design desired 
• Illustration, motion graphic and photography skills desired   

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS   

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, and report weekly work meetings.
